We are a roofing and construction company that serves the greater Austin and San Antonio, Texas region.  We specialize in residential and commercial roofing and construction.  Our clients can be found from as far south as San Antonio and as far north as the Waco area.  We are a Certified Contractor for GAF Roofing Systems, a Preferred Installer for Owens Corning, and proud participant with the Habitat for Humanity organization.  We have helped countless clients with new construction, remodel and work as a result of insurance claims.

About Us

L and M Roofing & Construction was founded by Lealean Peace who has been in roofing and construction since 1982.  During that time, he has installed thousands of roofs in the Austin and San Antonio area.  We are a Certified Contractor for GAF Roofing and a Preferred Installer for Owens Corning.  We have installed roofs and completed construction projects all over Texas but spend most of our time in the Austin/San Antonio region.

Lealean served as a certified Project Manager professional for multimillion dollar projects for the Texas Department of Transportation.  Lealean has played the drums professionally for many well known bands and is a published songwriter.

When not busy working, Lealean loves to spend time with his three (3) children and fishing along the Texas Coast.

  • INSPECTIONS

    One of the free services we offer are roof and home inspections.  If a hailstorm passed through your neighborhood recently did you know that more than just your roof may be damaged?  That is right.  You may have damage to your A/C condenser fins, gutters and downspouts, windows, siding, and more.  And if your roof has been leaking, it is possible you have damage to sheet rock, paint, and other interior items.  Let us come and inspect your house for free to see if you have damage.

    L and M Roofing has built many different types of roofs for both commercial and residential clients.  We are able to install composite shingles, tile, metal, TPO, wood shakes, and modified-bitumen to name a few.  If you are thinking about a new roof or replacing a damaged roof, let us help you install a long-lasting, beautiful roof to make your home or business stand out.
